The Clarion Conservation District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Erosion & Sediment/Dirt & Gravel Road Technician. Duties include technical oversight of the District’s Chapter 102 (NPDES permitting), Clarion County’s Act 167 Storm Water Ordinance and Dirt & Gravel Road programs. Applicant must possess a working understanding of site plans, E&S best management practices and storm water management as they relate to construction and the required methodologies of the Dirt & Gravel Road Program. A minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in an environmental field such as Biology, Geology or Associate’s in Engineering Technology or related field is required. Work experience in these fields is required.
Salary - $35,000/employee health care/retirement
